* All prices shown are in Euros. Min 2 night stay.

* Additional security deposit of €100 required for all bookings. This is refunded within 7 days of departure according to our Terms & Conditions.

* Summer weeks (July and August) run Saturday to Saturday.

* Arrive after 4 pm - depart before 11 am.

* Please enquire for any other arrival or departure times.

* Singe pet welcome for additional €20 cleaning fee, must be confirmed and declared on booking enquiry.

* Weekend and midweek breaks available all year, excluding July/August.

* Prices include Wi-Fi, electricity, towels for 4 persons and bed linen. Guests to provide their own tea towels. If further towels required for additional guests please contact us and this can be arranged.

Reservation is 2 to 4 weeks before commencement:

50% refund of reservation, security deposit refunded less €50 cancellation charge

Reservation is less than 2 weeks before commencement:

No refund of reservation, security deposit refunded less €50 cancellation charge
